The assets for this animation were created using Adobe Illustrator and then fully animated in Adobe After Effects. My goal with this animation was to capture the feel of winter. I wanted to have the title transition smoothly into the background and then have a snowman form itself while following the timing of the music.

Track Mattes were used when animating the title text. Assets of the background were animated using the puppet tool to keep movement throughout the animation. Null objects played a significant role in creating the movement of the snowballs smoothly and efficiently.
